Vivo X Fold 5 Smartphone Chinese Variant Spotted on Geekbench, Featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Processor
The Vivo X Fold 5 flagship folding smartphone is going to have its debut next week in China and ahead of it, the Chinese variant of the upcoming device has made its appearance on the Geekbench database. Via its Geekbench listing, the performance related specs of the device have been revealed.

Vivo X Fold 5 Chinese Variant – Geekbench Listing
The Chinese variant of the Vivo X Fold 5 smartphone carries the model number – ‘V2436A’, and it has achieved 2270 points and 6913 points respectively on the Geekbench database. As mentioned, a few of its key performance specs have been pointed out via its Geekbench listing, and the upcoming device is revealed to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor (clocked at 3.30 GHz), run on the Android 15 operating system, and offer a 16GB RAM option.
When compared with the latest OPPO Find N5 Geekbench performance scores, the Standard and Satellite Communication Edition models of OPPO’s Find N5 flagship has attained higher single-core and multi-core performance scores when compared to Vivo’s X Fold 5.
Speaking more, the official debut of the Vivo X Fold 5 will be taking place in the Chinese market next week on the 25th of June 2025 and the pre-reservation for this device is currently live in the country. Also, on the same day, the brand also plans to unveil the Vivo TWS Air 3 Pro earbuds too in its home market. Following the debut in China, the Vivo X Fold 5 smartphone is expected to make its way to the Indian, Malaysian, and Singaporean markets as well.
Apart from the above mentioned specs, 8T LTPO display panels (main and cover), a periscope telephoto lens (- 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens), 6000 mAh battery, 90W wired + wireless charging capabilities, 5G/WiFi/Bluetooth/NFC connectivity support, Apple ecosystem compatibility, triple-proof dust and water protection (- IP5X dustproof protection, IPX8/IPX9/IPX9+ waterproof protection), 8.7 mm folded thickness, and 209 gm weight are its other teased/revealed specs. Three color variants will be offered for this Vivo device, and it will be available in Black, White, and Green colors.
