OnePlus Nord 5 (Indian Variant) Spotted on the Geekbench Database, Featuring Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Chip

Just recently, we spotted the OnePlus Nord 5 smartphone global variant on UAE’s TDRA certification platform and following which, the Indian variant of the upcoming device has made it to the Geekbench database. Via its Geekbench listing, its processor and other performance details have been revealed as well.

OnePlus Nord 5 (Indian Variant) – Geekbench Listing

The OnePlus Nord 5 smartphone Indian variant is believed to carry the model number of ‘CPH2707’, and it has achieved 1977 points and 5090 points respectively on the Geekbench database. Notably, this device is revealed to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core chipset clocked at 3.01 GHz (motherboard codename – ‘pineapple’), and it will be integrated with the Adreno 735 GPU. Based on the chip details, this OnePlus Nord 5 smartphone is revealed to come equipped with the March 2024-released Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. Additionally, it will be running on the Android 15 operating system, and will offer a 12GB RAM option.

Speaking more, the same tipster who has shared the above Geekbench listing, via a previous update had mentioned that the Indian market will be witnessing the launch of a OnePlus device, which will be unveiled in China with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chip. As per these details, the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e-powered smartphone is the OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition, and this means that the OnePlus Nord 5 could essentially be a re-branded version of the China-launched OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition as earlier updates had initially pointed out – but with a different chipset.

Furthermore, the tipster also notes that the global and Indian variants of the OnePlus Nord 5 have the model numbers of ‘CPH2709’ and ‘CPH2707’ respectively, whereas the OnePlus Nord CE 5 has model numbers of ‘CPH2719’ and ‘CPH2717’ respectively for the global and Indian variants

Regarding the launch, both the OnePlus Nord 5 and OnePlus Nord CE 5 models as per recent reports are claimed to launch on the 8th of July 2025 – early next month, and the two have already received certifications from the TDRA, GCF, and IMDA authorities. The OnePlus Nord 5 in addition to these, has also received the TUV Rheinland certification too, revealing its 6650 mAh rated battery backup and 80W wired fast charging feature.
