OnePlus Nord 5 Smartphone Certified by the TDRA Authority: UAE Launch Confirmed
The latest OnePlus Nord series smartphones were recently tipped to debut early next month and following this update, the Nord 5 smartphone has been certified by the TDRA certification authority. With this new certification listing, its launch in the UAE market has also now been confirmed.

OnePlus Nord 5 – TDRA Certification
OnePlus’ Nord 5 smartphone carrying the model number of ‘CPH2709’ has made its appearance on the TDRA certification platform of UAE, and it has received the certification with the equipment registration number of ‘ER46302/25’. The device has been listed as a ‘mobile phone’, and its TDRA certification will be valid only till the 9th of June 2028. As mentioned above, now its UAE launch has also been confirmed.
Speaking more, both the Nord 5 and Nord CE 5 smartphone models from OnePlus are said to debut on the same day as per what was reported recently – on the 8th of July 2025. The designs of the Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition and Ace 5 Racing Edition are respectively expected to be featured on the upcoming Nord 5 and Nord CE 5 models, and we had exclusively shared this update.
About their certifications, before the Nord 5, the Nord CE 5 was spotted on the TDRA certification database previously, and both of these devices have also received the GCF and IMDA certifications as well. Additionally, the Nord 5 smartphone has been certified by the TUV Rheinland authority too, revealing the 6650 mAh rated battery backup and 80W wired fast charging support.
More updates can still be expected over the coming weeks concerning the two upcoming OnePlus devices, and the brand could possibly announce the official launch date soon. Stay tuned for it.
