Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Global/Indian Variant Appears on the Geekbench Database

Followed by the Geekbench listing of the South Korean and US carrier-locked variants, the global/Indian variant of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 smartphone has made its appearance on the Geekbench database.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Global/Indian Variant – Geekbench Listing

As mentioned, the global/Indian variant of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 smartphone with the model number of ‘SM-F966B’ has been listed on the Geekbench database, and it has attained 2896 points and 9226 points respectively on the single-core and multi-core tests. Its key specs such as the Android 16 operating system (with One UI 8 on top), Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Version (clocked at 4.47 GHz), Adreno 830 GPU, and 12GB RAM option have also been mentioned on the benchmark database.

Just to add, the South Korean variant achieved 2617 points and 9369 points on the single-core and multi-core performance tests respectively, whereas the US carried-locked variant has scored higher single-core score of 3022 points and slightly lower multi-core score of 9307 points.

Speaking more, Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 is tipped to arrive as the thinnest folding device in the world, and recently it was reported to feature Qi 2 (some form of it) and eSIM support. Moreover, the BIS and UL Demko certifications revealed it to pack a 4400 mAh battery backup, whereas the 3C listing pointed to a possible 25W wired fast charging feature. Regarding its launch, it is expected to take place next month in July 2025 and in most markets, the device will be offered at a similar pricing when compared with its predecessor.

Also, apart from the Galaxy Z Fold 7, three other foldables are also expected to be unveiled in the same month and these include the Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE smartphones. To add, just recently the brand had teased a foldable device and it is believed to be the Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra model.
