Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 (South Korean Variants) Spotted on the Geekbench Database

The upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 foldable flagship smartphones from Samsung have already made their appearance on the Geekbench database (~ their US variants) and now, the South Korean variants of these two Galaxy flagships have been spotted on Geekbench. Certain performance details of the two have also been revealed via the new Geekbench listings.

Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 (South Korean Variants) – Geekbench Listings

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 smartphone South Korean variant with the model number – ‘SM-F966N’ has attained respective Geekbench scores of 2617 points and 9369 points on the single-core and multi-core tests. As per its Geekbench listing, the device runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor – Leading Version (2 + 6 core architecture, clocked at 4.47 GHz), and it is integrated with the Adreno 830 GPU. Other notable specs are the Android 16 operating system (possibly with One UI 8 on top) and 12GB RAM.

Coming to the Galaxy Z Flip 7, the South Korean variant of the smartphone with the model number – ‘SM-F766N’ has achieved a single-core performance score of 2288 points and a multi-core performance score of 8020 points on Geekbench. Revealed specs include the Exynos 2500 chipset (1 + 2 + 5 + 2 core configuration, clocked at 3.30 GHz), Xclipse 950 GPU, Android 16 OS (possibly with the One UI 8 custom skin on top), and 12GB RAM option.

To add, the Geekbench listing of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 South Korean variant confirms that all regions will probably be getting the Exynos 2500-powered Galaxy Z Flip 7 itself. Also, when compared to the Geekbench listing of the US variant, the South Korean variant seems to be more optimized and has received significantly higher Geekbench scores.

Looking at older updates, the Chinese variants of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 (‘SM-F9660’) and Galaxy Z Flip 7 (‘SM-F7660’) smartphones have been certified by the 3C certification authority, confirming their 25W wired fast charge support. The batteries of the two devices were listed on BIS and UL Demko certification databases too, revealing 4400 mAh battery for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and 4300 mAh battery for the Galaxy Z Flip 7.

Regarding their launch, the two devices are believed to break their cover this year itself – in Q3 2025. As we are getting nearer and nearer to their expected launch time frame, more updates concerning the two Galaxy flagships may still be arriving in the coming days/weeks. Stay tuned for it.
