OPPO had earlier launched the OPPO Pad Mini and OPPO Pad 5 Pro tablets in its home market of China. Now, the former appears to be making its way to the global market, as its listing has been spotted on Malaysia’s SIRIM certification database.
Along with the tablet, the OPPO Pencil 3 and Pencil 3 Pro have also been listed on the certification database.

OPPO Pad Mini Matte Display Edition and Pencil 3 Series – SIRIM Listings
As per the SIRIM listing, the OPPO Pad Mini Matte Display Edition has been listed as a tablet PC with the model number ‘OPD2516’. It carries the certification number ‘REAO/50H/0926/S(26-4926)’ and received the certification on 11th September 2026.
Speaking more, the OPPO Pencil 3 Pro with the model number ‘OPN2503’ has been listed under the Pen Tablet equipment category. It carries the certification number ‘RFDR/73A/0826/S(26-4479)’ and was certified on 20th August 2026.
The OPPO Pencil 3 has also appeared under the same equipment category with the model number ‘OPN2505’ and its certification number is mentioned as ‘RFDR/74A/0926/S(26-4782)’, and it received the certification on 3rd September 2026.
To note, the same ‘OPD2516’ model number had previously appeared on India’s BIS certification database and on Singapore’s IMDA database. At the time, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore claimed that the model number belonged to the OPPO Pad 5 Pro. However, the latest SIRIM listing has now links it with the OPPO Pad Mini Matte Display Edition.
At the moment it is not known that whether the global variant will feature the same specifications as the Chinese model or not. But, we expect that more hardware details could be revealed if the device appears on Geekbench or other certification databases in the coming days.
