The Chinese smartphone makers, OnePlus, had very recently unveiled its much awaited flagship 12 device, and the next smartphone that is anticipated to make its debut is the Ace 3 device from the brand. The specifications of the upcoming smartphone has again been tipped.

OnePlus Ace 3 – Tipped Specifications
The update comes from a tipster(@Digital Chat Station) on the Weibo platform, who had previously shared both the specs and the design features of the smartphone online. The recent update reiterates some of the previously revealed features.
The upcoming OnePlus Ace 3 device is said to come equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and is pointed out to feature a BOE X1 curved display screen with a 6.78″ screen size and a 1.5K screen resolution. The peak brightness rate and the dimming is said to be similar to that of the OnePlus 12 device which supports 4500 nits peak brightness and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
The tipster has also mentioned that the device could be backed by a 5500 mAh battery and may support a 100W wired fast charging feature. The latest OnePlus 12 packs a 5400 mAh battery, and has a 100W wired fast charge support. As previously revealed, instead of the aluminum frame used in the OnePlus Ace 2, the OnePlus Ace 3 is expected to use a metal middle frame.
Regarding the launch, it has been revealed by another tipster that the OnePlus Ace 3 device might have its release in China on the 17th of December 2023, this month. Its rebranded version, the OnePlus 12R, along with OnePlus 12 smartphone, is also expected to have their global launch on the 23rd of January 2024, next month.
