AnTuTu Benchmark Performance Lists of Android Smartphones and Tablets for May 2025 Revealed

The AnTuTu benchmark performance lists for May 2025 are now out. iQOO and OPPO have again topped on the Android sub-flagship smartphones and Android tablets categories respectively, whereas RedMagic has taken the first place this time on the Android flagship smartphones list.

Android Flagship Smartphones List – May 2025
As mentioned, RedMagic’s latest 10S Pro+ smartphone (Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite – Leading Version, 24GB/1TB) has been ranked first on the Android flagships list of AnTuTu, and it has achieved a benchmark score of 2,951,251 points. Followed by RedMagic’s gaming device, Vivo’s X200 Ultra (Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, 16GB/1TB) and iQOO’s Neo 10 Pro+ (Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, 16GB/1TB) smartphones have been placed as second and third with respective benchmark scores of 2,907,396 points and 2,891,558 points.
OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition (2,886,176 points), Vivo X200s (2,872,437 points), OPPO Find X8 Ultra Satellite Communication Edition (2,851,022 points), iQOO 13 (2.848,388 points), Honor GT Pro (2,845,563), OPPO Find X8s+ (2,817,245 points), and OnePlus Ace 5 Pro (2,748,418 points) devices are listed in the subsequent ranks.
Android Sub-Flagship Smartphones List – May 2025
On the Android sub-flagship smartphones list, just like last time, iQOO’s Z10 Turbo (MediaTek Dimensity 8400 – Full Blooded Edition, 16GB/512GB) and Xiaomi’s Redmi Turbo 4 (MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra, 12GB/512GB) have again been positioned as first and second with 1,782,186 points and 1,690,675 points respective AnTuTu benchmark scores. OPPO’s Reno 14 Pro (MediaTek Dimensity 8450, 16GB/512GB) has been ranked third with an AnTuTu benchmark score of 1,590,301 points.
Following these three, the OnePlus Ace 3V (1,430,494 points), OPPO Reno 14 (1,334,417 points), Redmi K70E (1,313,211 points), Redmi Note 12 Turbo (1,135,100 points), iQOO Z8 (963,597 points), iQOO Neo 7 SE (954,511 points), and Redmi Note 12T Pro (871,484) smartphones have been listed.
Android Tablets List – May 2025
Finally coming to the Android tablets list, again OPPO’s Pad 4 Pro (Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, 16GB/512GB) has attained the first position with a benchmark score of 2,851,747 points. The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro (Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, 16GB/512GB) and the Lenovo Legion Tablet Y700 4th Gen (Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, 16GB/512GB) are placed in the second and third positions with respective benchmark scores of 2,834,737 points and 2,711,243 points.
In the subsequent ranks, iQOO’s Pad 5 Pro (2,652,485 points), Vivo’s Pad 5 Pro (2,642,839 points), Xiaomi’s Pad 7 Ultra (2,538,892 points), OPPO’s Pad 3 Pro (2,070,951 points), Vivo’s Pad 3 Pro (2,025,793 points), iQOO’s Pad 2 Pro (2,012,599), and OnePlus’ Pad Pro (2,010,358 points) tablets have been listed.
