OnePlus Pad 2 Pro (OPD2413) launched in China with 13.2 Inch 3.4K display and Snapdragon 8 Elite SOC,

Those who recall, OPPO recently launched the OPPO Pad 4 Pro in its home country, China. Rumours were strong that the OPPO Pad 4 Pro would also be rebranded and launched as a OnePlus tablet. While the name was still a mystery, OnePlus has now lifted the curtain, it’s called the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro. The tablet features the same design and specifications as the OPPO Pad 4 Pro. Additionally, we may see it launching globally as the OnePlus Pad 3 (model number OPD2415), which was recently spotted on various certification websites.

Now moving to the specs, it comes with a 13.2-inch LCD display offering 3.2k resolution and a 7:5 aspect ratio. The screen includes an adaptive refresh rate up to 144Hz and touch sampling rate of 540Hz. Display specifications include 900 nits peak brightness (HBM), 98% DCI-P3 color coverage, and a DeltaE of approximately 0.7.

Under the hood it has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite SOC with an octa-core CPU running at up to 4.32GHz and Adreno 830 GPU at 1.1GHz. Memory options include LPDDR5x RAM at 4266MHz for the 8GB and 12GB models, while the 16GB variant uses LPDDR5T RAM at 4800MHz. Storage comes in 256GB or 512GB UFS 4.0 configurations.

Camera features include a 13-megapixel rear camera with 4K video recording capability at 30fps with EIS stabilization, and an 8-megapixel front camera.

The Pad 2 Pro contains a 12,140mAh battery with 67W fast charging support via USB-C. It runs ColorOS 15.0 and offers connectivity including Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), Bluetooth 5.4, and USB 3.2 Gen1.

It measures approximately 289.61mm × 209.66mm with a thickness of 5.97mm and weighs about 675g.

Pricing and Availability

It is priced at ¥2,719.15(¥3,199) for the 8GB+256GB model, ¥2,999(¥3,499) for the 12GB+256GB configuration, ¥3,299(¥3,799) for the 12GB+512GB variant, and ¥3,499(¥3,999) for the 16GB+512GB version. Accessories are available separately, including a smart keyboard case for ¥699, a smart protective cover for ¥199, and the OnePlus Smart Stylus Pen Pro priced at ¥499.

The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro (model OPD2413) is available for pre-order now, with general availability across all sales channels beginning at 10:00 on May 20, 2025.
