First of all, you will need to turn on your phone and sign in with your Samsung Account, and then open the Samsung Shop app. After that, go to My Page → Registered Devices → Device Info, and check the Valid Till warranty date.

If the warranty details don’t match the timeline of your purchase, like the date of expiry is shown earlier than expected, then it is most likely a pre-activated unit. If the validity matches the expected warranty period of a new device, then you are good to go.

While reviewing a Lenovo ThinkBook laptop (Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G9 IPL) @Notebookcheck found that it comes with China’s YMTC SSD.

Chinese SSD arrives on a Lenovo laptop

It was discovered that a Lenovo laptop- ThinkBook 14 G9 IPL arrives with a 512GB M.2 2242 SSD made by China’s Yangtze Memory Technologies (YMTC). This SSD is an NVMe PCIe 4.0 model. The laptop is already available for purchase in the US. This is the first time a major OEM is being sold in the US with a YMTC SSD, since YMTC is also listed as a Chinese military company.

In the testing, it was discovered that the drive delivers speed below average for an SSD in an office laptop, with sequential read speeds of up to 3950 MB/s and write speeds of up to 2514 MB/s, respectively.

But still, the Chinese storage appears to now be entering the global laptop supply chain. With limited SSD suppliers like Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron, Kioxia or Western Digital, more SSD suppliers making their way into mainstream laptops could help maintain SSD and laptop prices, as laptop manufacturers have more options available. It is also a great opportunity for other SSD suppliers to enter the market.

Lenovo’s use of a YMTC SSD appears to be part of a wider shift as demand for AI reshapes the memory market.

AnTuTu V11 June 2026 Performance Rankings Released

As stated above, in the May 2026 AnTuTu V11 performance ranking list, the RedMagic 11S Pro+ had taken the first spot in the flagship category by replacing the iQOO 15 Ultra. However, in the newly released June 2026 ranking list, the iQOO 15 Ultra has once again moved back to the first position, overtaking the RedMagic 11S Pro+.

Regarding the flagship smartphone ranking, the RedMagic 11 Pro+ has dropped out from the June 2026 list with the iQOO 15 Ultra taking back the first position from the RedMagic 11S Pro+. The Honor WIN and Honor Magic8 Pro have also recorded the biggest gain in the flagship category, with both devices moving up by two spots compared to the previous month’s ranking.

Coming to the sub-flagship smartphone ranking, the top three positions have remained unchanged this time too. The iQOO Z11, Honor 600 Pro, and Honor WIN Turbo have retained their same spots, while the OPPO K15 Pro and OPPO Reno14 Pro have dropped out from the list, while the OPPO Reno16 and Xiaomi 17T have entered the ranking as new entries.

Lastly, in the tablet category, there have been no dropouts or new entries in the June 2026 AnTuTu V11 performance ranking list. The Vivo Pad 6 Pro continues to hold the first spot in the tablet category, just like in the previous month. However, a ranking switch has taken place between the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro and OPPO Pad 5 Pro, with the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro moving up to the fourth position, while the OPPO Pad 5 Pro has dropped to the fifth position.

Usually, the Windows ESU program is intended for just one year past the OS’s end of support. Previously, the Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU) Program was announced to provide security updates to Windows 10 users enrolled in the program till October 13, 2026.

Recently, Microsoft announced via its support page that the Windows 10 ESU Program is now extended till October 2027. The support page states, “You can enroll in ESU any time until the program ends on October 12, 2027. If you’re already enrolled, your coverage will automatically continue through that date- no action needed.”

Windows 10 users can enroll in ESU in one of the following three ways:

• At no additional cost if you are syncing your PC Settings
• Redeem 1,000 Microsoft Rewards points
• One-time purchase of $30 USD or local currency equivalent plus applicable tax

You will need to sign in to your Microsoft account to enroll in ESU. You can use your existing ESU license for up to 10 devices. ESU is available for eligible devices running Windows 10, version 22H2.

To get ESU on your Windows 10 device-

1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. If your device meets the prerequisites, you’ll see a link to enroll in ESU.
2. Once you select Enroll now you’ll start the ESU enrollment. If you are signed into Windows with a local account, you will be prompted to sign into your Microsoft account. If you are already backing up your PC Settings, you will see a prompt to enroll your device.
3. If you aren’t backing up your Windows settings, you can choose if you want to begin backing up your settings, redeem Rewards, or make a one-time purchase to enroll in ESU.

WhatsApp Multiple Accounts Feature – Rolling Out for iOS Users in India

Before getting into how users can add another account, the thing to note is that it is best to make sure that the account backup has been done properly before proceeding. Also, users should make sure that the same iCloud/email account on which the backup has been done is being used, if they want to restore the backup of the new account. Notably, after adding the account, it will be like installing WhatsApp on a new device, so before proceeding, it is best to back it up first.

As mentioned, secondary accounts can only be created from the primary mobile device, and users can also pair a companion device to their secondary account. However, only mobile companion devices will be able to switch between accounts. Also to add, the feature supports a maximum of two accounts, while users will also be able to see activity on idle accounts, but will have to switch accounts in order to see the content.

Speaking more about how to add another account, users will first have to open WhatsApp and tap on Settings. Next to the name, tap on the arrow icon and then select Add Account. After this, tap on Agree and Continue to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, select the country, and enter the phone number in international phone number format. Once done, tap on Continue to get the code, or tap on Verify another way to get the code by text or phone call.

Furthermore, users will then have to enter the 6-digit code, enter their name, and tap on Next. They will also be able to add a profile photo and fill in the about field, or tap on Skip to create the profile later. To note, some features such as connecting a payment method are not available for secondary accounts on iOS at this time, and WhatsApp recommends users to keep the app updated on their device to get all features as soon as they are available.

Coming to switching accounts, users can again go to Settings, tap next to their profile, and then tap on the other account. In case users are not able to add a second WhatsApp account, they can try restarting their phone, switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data, or making sure that the latest version of WhatsApp has been installed.

Regarding notifications on idle accounts, users will receive notifications for new messages and calls on their idle account. However, they will have to switch accounts in order to access the content. When someone calls the idle account, users will get a push notification, and they can either tap on Ignore to ignore the call or tap on Switch Accounts to switch to the idle account and select Answer or Decline.

AnTuTu May 2026 – Benchmark Ranking for Flagship Devices

As stated above, the RedMagic 11S Pro+ (Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5 Leading Version, 16GB/1TB) has taken the first spot in the benchmark ranking with 4171821 points, and the iQOO 15 Ultra (Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5, 16GB/1TB) has moved to the second spot with 4144802 points compared to the April 2026 benchmark rankings.

Coming to the Android sub-flagship chart, the iQOO Z11 still holds the first spot, while the Honor Power 2 5G handset is not present in the top 10 list this time, and its position has been taken over by the Honor 600 Pro. The recently launched Honor WIN Turbo has taken the third spot, sliding the OPPO K15 Pro to the fourth position. Furthermore, the Reno15 Pro, Reno15, and Redmi Turbo 5 have also been pushed one rank below, while the Reno14 Pro’s rank has increased from 10th to 8th. Before getting into the scoreboard, Android Bench is an official framework and leaderboard developed by Google, designed to evaluate how well large language models (LLMs) handle real-world Android development tasks. It tests AI models on codebases, assessing their ability to generate accurate patches, resolve API issues, and handle tasks such as Jetpack Compose migration, thereby helping developers choose suitable AI tools.

As per the details shared, OpenAI’s latest GPT-5.5 has secured the top position with a confidence interval (CI) of 66.8%–80.5%, successfully resolving an average of 74.0% of the tasks. This is followed by a tie for the next highest score: OpenAI’s GPT-5.4 and Google’s own Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview. Both of these models have successfully resolved an average of 72.4% of the tasks, with a CI of 65.4%–79.3% and 65.1%–78.8%, respectively. Standing at the fourth position is Claude Opus 4.7, which has resolved an average of 68.7% of the tasks with a CI of 61.2%–76.0%.

AnTuTu Benchmark Ranking for April 2026 – Flagship, Sub-Flagship, and Android Tablet

As per AnTuTu’s Android flagship smartphone performance ranking for April 2026, based on AnTuTu Benchmark V11 data collected between 1st April and 30th April 2026, the iQOO 15 Ultra (16GB/1TB, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5) has secured the first position with an average score of 41,26,940 points. The iQOO 15 (16GB/1TB, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5) took the second spot with 41,02,621 points, while the RedMagic 11 Pro+ (24GB/1TB, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5) came in third with an average score of 40,98,742 points.

The realme GT8 Pro (16GB/512GB, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5) was ranked fourth with 39,68,443 points, followed by the OPPO Find X9 Ultra (16GB/512GB, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5) in fifth place with 39,41,792 points. The OnePlus Ace 6 Supreme Edition (16GB/1TB, Dimensity 9500) took the sixth spot with 39,38,102 points. Honor Magic8 Pro (16GB/512GB, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5) and Honor Magic8 (16GB/512GB, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5) were ranked seventh and eighth with 38,10,592 and 38,08,833 points.
