Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra Using an Under-Clocked XRING O1 Chip Spotted on Geekbench

The Chinese consumer electronics maker – Xiaomi will be conducting its 15th Anniversary Strategic New Product Launch event two days later on the 22nd of May 2025 in its home market and several of its new products are scheduled to be released. Xiaomi’s Pad 7 Ultra tablet is one among the upcoming new products and ahead of its launch, it has made its appearance on the Geekbench database. Key performance specs of the device have also been revealed via the listing.

Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra – Geekbench Listing
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra tablet device which carries the model number – ‘25032RP42C’ has been listed on the Geekbench database, and it has attained 2191 points and 8741 points respectively in the single-core and multi-core performance tests. Via its Geekbench listing, key specifications such as the Android 15 operating system, XRING O1 chip, 16GB RAM option, and ARM Mali-G925-Immortalis GPU have been revealed as well.
Speaking more, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra and Xiaomi 15S Pro are the two devices to arrive first featuring the latest XRING O1 chip and quite recently the latter was also spotted on the Geekbench database with the mentioned chipset onboard. However, it seems that the two use different variants of the same XRING O1 chip – while maintaining the same core configuration (2 + 2 + 4 + 2) and GPU (ARM Mali-G925-Immortalis).
When it comes to the XRING O1 chip on the Xiaomi 15S Pro, it has two 1.80 GHz cores, two 1.89 GHz cores, four 3.40 GHz cores, and two 3.90 GHz cores. On the other hand, the XRING O1 chip on the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra has the same 1.80 GHz cores (x 2) and 1.89 GHz cores (x 2), but comes with an under-performing 3.04 GHz cores (x 4) and 3.70 GHz cores (x 2).
Apart from the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra, Xiaomi 15S Pro, and XRING O1 release, the brand’s launch event will also be marking the release of the YU7 SUV model too in the Chinese market.
