Three upcoming Vivo-branded smartphone model numbers have now made their appearance on India’s BIS and Thailand’s NBTC certification databases, hinting that their respective launches in the two countries could be approaching.

Vivo X500 Pro Max, Vivo V80, and Vivo S2 FE – NBTC and BIS Listings
As per the NBTC listing, the Vivo X500 Pro Max smartphone with the model number ‘V2610’ has been approved under the certificate number ‘B38613-26’, whereas the Vivo V80 has been listed with the model number ‘V2648’ and certificate number ‘B38612-26’. Both devices has been listed as a mobile phone with support for GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR/5G connectivity.
Vivo X500 Pro Max – NBTC
Speaking of the BIS listing, the Vivo-branded model numbers ‘V2640’ and ‘V2648’ received their inclusion on 14th September 2026. While the certification database does not reveal their marketing names, the NBTC listing has now confirmed that the latter belongs to the Vivo V80. The former, on the other hand, was previously associated with the Vivo S2 FE through its Bluetooth SIG certification.
Speaking more about the Vivo V80, its previous TÜV certification revealed support for 90W wired fast charging. The device was also spotted on the IMDA and SDPPI databases, with the IMDA listing revealing 5G, WLAN, Bluetooth, and NFC connectivity support.
Additionally, tipster Yogesh Brar had tipped the Vivo V80 to feature a 6.59″ display screen, along with a Zeiss telephoto camera. The device is also suggested to offer improved cameras compared to its predecessor, with cinematic-grade video recording said to be one of its key highlights. In terms of pricing, the upcoming smartphone is tipped to carry a price tag above INR 60,000 in the Indian market.
Coming to the Vivo X500 Pro Max, its global variant had previously appeared on the Geekbench database, revealing that it could be powered by the Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset, which is expected to be unveiled today. The smartphone has also made its appearance on multiple global regulatory databases, including IMDA and SIRIM.
