Vivo is all set to launch its next-generation Vivo X500 flagship series in its home market of China. Ahead of its official launch, the global variant of the Vivo X500 Pro Max has now appeared on Indonesia’s SDPPI certification database. Not only this, but the vanilla Vivo V80 has also been spotted on the same database.

Vivo X500 Pro Max – SDPPI Certification

On the SDPPI database, the Vivo X500 Pro Max has been listed with the model number ‘V2610’ and the certificate number ‘126078/DJID/2026’. Its certification was issued on September 2nd, 2026.

The device has been classified as a mobile telephone, whereas its applicant has been mentioned as PT Vivo Mobile Indonesia. More importantly, the certification confirms the Vivo X500 Pro Max marketing name for the global variant.

Notably, this is not the first time the global variant has appeared on a certification database. The same V2610 model number had earlier been spotted on Indonesia’s TKDN database.

Moreover, an earlier Geekbench listing revealed that the global Vivo X500 Pro Max would likely come equipped with the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. The device was further listed with 12GB of RAM and the Android 17 operating system.

Vivo V80 – SDPPI and TÜV Certifications

Next is the Vivo V80 smartphone, which has appeared on the SDPPI database with the model number ‘V2648’ and the certificate number ‘126079/DJID/2026’. Its certification was also issued on September 2nd, 2026.

The device has been classified as a mobile telephone, with PT Vivo Mobile Indonesia mentioned as its applicant. The certification further confirms the Vivo V80 marketing name for the V2648 model number.

Interestingly, the same V2648 model number has also appeared on the TÜV certification database with the certificate number ‘SG PSB-IV-17428’. The listing reveals that the upcoming smartphone will support 90W wired fast charging.

This means that the Vivo V80 could retain the same wired charging speed as its predecessor, the Vivo V70, which also comes with 90W fast charging support.

While these certifications have confirmed the smartphone’s model number, marketing name, and charging speed, its remaining specifications are still under wraps. Now that the device has started appearing on certification databases, more details concerning it could be revealed soon.
