Vivo has officially confirmed the arrival of its next flagship lineup, the Vivo X500 Pro series. The upcoming series will consist of the Vivo X500 Pro and Vivo X500 Pro Max smartphones, and the brand has been gradually revealing the specifications of both devices. Now, some more details have been officially confirmed, specifically for the Pro Max variant.

Vivo X500 Pro Max – Display Specifications
The Vivo X500 Pro Max will feature a 6.85″ BOE Q11 2K ZEISS Master Colour Display, which has been co-developed with ZEISS. The panel makes use of the newly upgraded Q11 light-emitting material.
Speaking more, Vivo claims that the new display consumes 21% less power while offering a 100% longer lifespan. The panel is also claimed to deliver a 93% improvement in chip-level motion-blur optimisation.
The Vivo X500 Pro Max further offers a cinema-grade end-to-end colour display. This should allow the device to maintain consistent colour reproduction across different stages of content capture, processing and viewing.
Furthermore, the display comes with chip-level AP Demura 2.0 technology. According to the brand, this brings a 43% improvement in colour uniformity and a 22% improvement in brightness uniformity.
Coming to eye comfort, Vivo has equipped the smartphone with comfortable eye-protection technology alongside a high-precision multispectral sensor.
The sensor is said to offer a dimming accuracy of 0.3 lux. Moreover, Vivo further claims that its matching accuracy with the visible light perceived by the human eye reaches 98%, which allows the display brightness to adjust more accurately according to the surrounding lighting conditions.
Although Vivo has started revealing the key specifications of the Vivo X500 Pro and Vivo X500 Pro Max, the brand has not yet officially announced the launch date of the upcoming flagship series.
