Lately, the rumours related to the iQOO 16 smartphone have been surfacing online, and the flagship device is expected to soon make its debut in the Chinese market.
Well, today, tipster Digital Chat Station has shared a new update regarding the launch of the iQOO 16 smartphone and a new iQOO tablet.
iQOO 16 & a new iQOO tablet: Launch timeline tipped
According to the tipster, iQOO 16 will be released in September. The company will also unveil a new iQOO tablet alongside this smartphone.
It is tipped that both devices will be the first to be powered by Qualcomm’s sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The chipset is said to be introduced at Snapdragon Summit 2026, which is also scheduled for next month.
In related news, a Vivo device was recently spotted on China’s 3C certification. Though the database did not reveal the moniker, it was assumed to be the upcoming iQOO 16 smartphone. As per the database, the device supports up to 100W wired fast charging.
A previous report also revealed that the iQOO 16 may not launch in the Indian market due to rising memory and component costs. But iQOO has not made any such announcement as of yet. Maybe after the device’s China launch, we may come across an update regarding its India launch.
