MediaTek hosted its event yesterday and introduced the Dimensity 9600M and Dimensity 9600 Pro chipsets. Qualcomm is now scheduled to host its event today, where it will unveil its latest flagship chipsets, including the tentatively named Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro.

Ahead of the event, an alleged Xiaomi 18 Pro smartphone for the Chinese market has now made its appearance on the Geekbench database, revealing a few of its performance-related details.

Here’s more about the update.

Xiaomi 18 Pro (M154FF) – Geekbench Listing

As per the Geekbench listing, the Xiaomi smartphone carrying the model number ‘M154FF’ has achieved 3054 points and 9376 points on the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. It is listed with the Qualcomm QTI SM8975 processor identifier, which is pointed out to be the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipset and is shown to have an octa-core CPU configuration consisting of three cores clocked at 3.74GHz, three cores clocked at 4.03GHz, and two cores clocked at 5.01GHz. Via the source code, the Adreno 850 GPU has been revealed.

To note, the alleged Xiaomi 18 Pro Max had also appeared on the Geekbench database a few days back with the same Qualcomm SM8975 chipset, which is currently pointed out to be the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro. With both alleged Pro models now listed with the same processor, the details suggest that the Xiaomi 18 Pro series could be powered by the same upcoming flagship chipset.
