According to a media source, a Zomato delivery executive dies after being hit by a drunk police constable. The police constable is alleged for driving a car while being intoxicated. The constable hit his bike in Budh Vihar ,Rohini on Saturday, January 9 .According to the report, the victim was the lone bread earner of his family .His father had already died of COVID-19. Delhi Police in a statement said that the constable has been arrested.
The case has been reported at the time when Delhi police itself creates awareness to stay safe and ‘Don’t drink and drive’.
