Youtuber Pradeep Mohinder Singh Choudry/Saahil Choudhary Arrested on charges of abusive content against women

According to a report by NDTV A model and YouTuber, who was acting like a columnist, has been captured by the Mumbai police on Tuesday for supposedly posting oppressive substances against ladies via online media.

Pradeep Mohinder Singh Choudhary, who likewise passes by the name Saahil Choudhary, has recordings on a few points, including the demise of entertainer Sushant Singh Rajput, on his YouTube channel.

Mr. Choudhary has been brought to Mumbai after his capture from Delhi. The YouTuber is from Faridabad in Haryana, said the police.

Following up on a lady’s grumbling, the police have charged Mr. Choudhary under important segments of the Indian Penal Code for oppressive language under the appearance of being a columnist. The police said that the man has admitted that he isn’t a writer and he was transferring the recordings to build devotees on his YouTube channel and other web-based media handles, for example, Instagram.

Saahil Choudhary has posted a few recordings on the Sushant Rajput case, a large number of which have no premise in realities. He has been captured under areas 509, 505 (2), 500, 501, 504 and 34 of IPC. He has additionally been charged under Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000.

In the interim, entertainer Kangana Ranaut has turned out on the side of the YouTuber and tweeted, “What is this gunda raaj going on in Mumbai? Nobody can scrutinize world’s most uncouth CM and his group? What will they do to us? Break our homes and execute us? @INCIndia who is liable for this? #istandwithsaahilchoudhary (sic).”

In another tweet, she stated, “Someone arbitrary records an FIR against Saahil for addressing Maha Government’s work which is his popularity based right and Shaahil is imprisoned quickly yet #PayalGhosh has documented an FIR against #AnuragKashyap numerous days prior for assault yet he is meandering aimlessly. Kya hai yeh sab @INCIndia (sic)?”
