First of all, people might be wondering who is Maya Kadosh and why her palak paneer is gaining popularity on Twitter. So let us first introduce Maya Kadosh, she is an Israeli Diplomat former DCM at Israeli Embassy in India.
So on Friday, she shared a nice picture of palak paneer made by her and she asked twitter for an honest opinion on how does it look.
She wrote on Twitter “Tonight I’m hosting my sister and brother for dinner and I made some Indian food- Palak Paneer and Daal. What do you think of my cooking?”

So Twitter has reacted in its own way and lets share some nice ones:
Palak paneer looks good but daal is not properly cooked. Daal should not be visible like this. First soak daal in water for half an hour then pressure cook it properly. Different time for different daal.
We'll be happy to guide if you ask before cooking.— Devendra Kumar Saini (@dks6720) March 5, 2021

If time still permits, add some water in the daal and heat for some time at slow burner. Do occational stirring with spatula to make sure that it does not burn & gets soften due to heat and water. Then it will smoothen out like lassi that can b optionally further diluted. Enjoy
