Google services are down on regular mode but may work on incognito mode!

After a long haul, google services are still reported to be down. However, you can access it via incognito mode as for some users it is working properly.

It has been down since morning and a lot of users are still making their voices heard about this outage. But some users have stated that things are not working in regular mode but they are working fine in incognito mode.
