Elon Musk is asking about the Carnot efficiency of the Universe?

First of all, we would like to explain to you guys what is Carnot Efficiency in the first place before we even start.

The Carnot Efficiency is the theoretical maximum efficiency one can get when the heat engine is operating between two temperatures: The temperature at which the high-temperature reservoir operates ( T_Hot ).
