OnePlus Nord 6’s Price Hiked in India

At launch, OnePlus had introduced two memory variants for this device. The 8GB + 256GB variant was priced at ₹38,999, while the 12GB + 256GB variant carried a price tag of ₹41,999.

However, updated pricing on Amazon India and the official OnePlus India website now shows a ₹3,000 hike on the 8GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 256GB variant gets a ₹5,000 price hike.

Even with this hike, OnePlus on its official India website is still offering an instant discount of up to ₹2,000 on EMI transactions for users with IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and Yes Bank cards.

With this latest price hike, this has now become the first Nord series smartphone to cross the ₹41,000 price mark in India.

Though OnePlus has not officially shared any reason behind the increase, the primary cause is most likely the rise in component and memory prices, which have contributed to similar price hikes across several OEMs recently.

Quite recently, Realme had also increased the pricing of the Realme 16 5G Series, while OnePlus itself had raised the pricing of the OnePlus 15R and a few other devices as well.
