Homegrown e-commerce website Flipkart has again come in news after a series of events that lead it to lose the belief of customers on it. Earlier events were like cancellation of orders, the same price on sale, the long duration for delivery, and no refund after a return. But this time it’s causing a new kind of problem for the customers.
This issue came to light when one of the customers took her Twitter account to tell the story of the delivery of the wrong item. A user named Suhaib Mirza ordered a beauty product that was worth Rs 1,031 but in place, they received watches worth Rs 50. This was the second time that it happened to her. Though Flipkart has contacted her through Twitter, these events are not going to do any good to the image of Flipkart in India.

It would be interesting to see the response and action that Flipkart takes to build the support and belief in the customers that it had earlier.
