Following the release of the Instagram Plus Subscription, Meta’s social media platform – Instagram has now rolled out a new update that lets users rearrange posts on their Instagram grid. The feature will start rolling out this week, though the exact regions have not been mentioned in the announcement.

Instagram Reorder Grid Images Feature Now Rolling Out
In a new announcement posted by Instagram’s official X handle, the platform revealed that users will now be able to rearrange their grid images and move them in the order they prefer. As for the rollout, the feature will begin reaching users starting this week, and while it is expected to be made available widely, Instagram has not confirmed the exact regions yet.
To access this new feature, users will have to update their Instagram app to the latest version. Upon updating the iOS Instagram app to version 433.0.0, the reorder grid image functionality is now live, and the same feature is also available on the Android app. Also, the Google Play Store page confirms that a new Instagram update was pushed on the 9th of June.
Speaking more about how to rearrange or reorder grid images, users simply have to press and hold any image on their grid, after which a new pop-up screen will appear with the option to rearrange the images. After selecting it, users will be able to change the order of their posts on the grid, and if they do not like the new arrangement, they can tap on Undo at the top right corner to bring the posts back to their earlier position.
About its availability, as mentioned above, users will have to update the Instagram app to its latest version before they can access this feature. If it is not available even after updating, it is best to wait until the feature reaches their device.
