Vivo T5 5G – Battery Details Officially Revealed
As expected, Vivo yesterday revealed that the upcoming Vivo T5 5G smartphone will be backed by a large 7,050mAh battery. Notably, this is the same battery capacity that is offered with the Vivo S2 smartphone.
When the Vivo T5 5G was first teased, its design appeared to be similar to that of the Vivo S2, and it was speculated at the time that the upcoming device could arrive as a rebranded version of the latter. However, the recently confirmed chipset details have suggested otherwise.
To recall, the Vivo T5 5G is confirmed to come equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo processor, whereas the Vivo S2 is powered by the Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset.
Looking at what has been officially revealed, the Vivo T5 5G will share a similar design and the same 7,050mAh battery capacity as the Vivo S2. However, the two smartphones will offer different processors.
Regarding its battery health, Vivo claims that the 7,050mAh battery will maintain its health for up to five years. The device is further claimed to offer up to 85 hours of music playback, 34.7 hours of local video playback, 7.9 hours of gaming, 9.4 hours of video recording, 22 hours of video streaming, 24 hours of chatting, and 16.9 hours of social media usage.
