Samsung Galaxy M36 5G teased on Amazon with ‘Made in India’ tag

Samsung seems to have several smartphones in its pipeline, including the Galaxy M36 5G and F36 5G, both expected to be rebranded versions of each other. While the Galaxy M36 5G will launch via Amazon, the F36 5G will be released through Flipkart in India. Now, the Amazon microsite for the Galaxy M36 5G is live, confirming that it will launch first.

Although the microsite doesn’t reveal much in terms of specifications or the launch date at the time of writing, it does showcase a glimpse of the back panel. Visually, it looks strikingly similar to the Galaxy M56 5G, featuring a triple camera setup placed within a vertically aligned pill-shaped module. However, a previous Google Play Console listing showed that the device will sport an Infinity-U shaped notch for the front camera, as opposed to a punch-hole layout. The Amazon listing also confirms that the Galaxy M36 5G will carry a “Made in India” tag.

Earlier findings from Geekbench revealed that the phone will be powered by the Exynos 1380 SoC, come with Android 15 out of the box, include 6GB of RAM, and feature a built-in NPU for AI functionalities. This aligns with today’s teaser, which also highlights the presence of a “Monster AI” icon—indicating that the device will include some AI-powered features, though details remain unknown for now.
