Samsung’s Galaxy F36 and Galaxy M36 Spotted on India’s BIS Database; Galaxy M36 Geekbench Listing Also Revealed
The next generation Galaxy F36 and Galaxy M36 smartphone models from Samsung have now been spotted on the BIS certification database of India. In related news, the Geekbench listing of the Galaxy M36 device has also been revealed.

Galaxy F36 and Galaxy M36 – BIS Certification
The Indian market just recently witnessed Samsung’s Galaxy F56 smartphone launch and following which, another F-series device – the Samsung Galaxy F36 has received the BIS certification confirming its soon launch in India. Along with the Galaxy F36, Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy M36 smartphone has also appeared on India’s BIS certification database – pointing to the imminent launch of this device too in the country.
The BIS-listed Galaxy F36 and Galaxy M36 models carry the respective model numbers of ‘SM-E366B/DS’ and ‘SM-M366B/DS’, and these support dual SIM card slots. They have received the grant/inclusion onto the BIS database as of on the 6th of May 2025.
Galaxy M36 – Geekbench Listing
On the Geekbench database, the Galaxy M36 (SM-M366B) has attained 1004 points and 2886 points on the single-core and multi-core tests respectively. Via the Geekbench listing, Samsung’s Galaxy M36 is revealed to feature an octa-core Exynos chip (s5e8835), ARM Mali G68 GPU, Android 15 OS (possibly with One UI 7 on top), and 6GB RAM option.
Based on the chip details, the Galaxy M36 is suggested to use the brand’s own Exynos 1380 chip, with an architecture consisting of four 2.40 GHz cores and four 2.00 GHz cores. Just to add, the Exynos 1380 is made using the 5nm process technology, and it supports LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and inbuilt NPU for AI functionalities.
Speaking more, the South Korean variant of the Galaxy M36 device is pointed out to have the model number – ‘SM-M366K’ as per test firmware, and it is reported to have the marketing name – ‘Samsung Galaxy Jump 4’. [Via 91mobiles.]
