Samsung Galaxy M56 5G specs

It boasts a 7.2mm slim profile, making it one of the slimmest devices in its segment. Weighing just 180 grams, the phone combines a glass back with a metal camera deco for a premium in-hand feel. It also features Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus+ protection on both the front and back for added durability.

At the front, the device sports a 6.73″ Super AMOLED+ display that is 33% brighter, enhanced with Vision Booster technology for better visibility in bright conditions. The bezels are 36% slimmer.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by Exynos 1480, a 4nm processor paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, available in 8GB RAM with either 128GB or 256GB internal storage options. A next-gen NPU delivers 13.1 trillion operations per second (TOPS), offering a 36% performance boost over its predecessor. To handle thermal efficiency during intensive tasks, Samsung has equipped the phone with a 33% larger vapour cooling chamber.

The Galaxy M56 5G features a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, there’s a 12MP flagship-grade camera that supports HDR selfies, 1 billion+ colour output, and 10-bit HDR video for vibrant, detailed captures.

Camera software features include advanced nightography with AI ISP, low-noise mode, and big pixel technology. Users can also enjoy 2x zoom portrait shots and AI-powered editing tools like Object Eraser, Image Clipper, and Edit Suggestions.

Samsung promises long-term support with 6 gen of OS upgrades and security updates, ensuring the device stays up-to-date and secure for years to come.
