Vivo Y500 Pro Announced to Launch on 10th November 2025 in China, Notably Featuring a 200MP HP5 Primary Shooter; Its China Telecom Listing Also Spotted

Following the September 2025-release of the Vivo Y500 5G smartphone, Vivo is preparing to unveil the next Vivo Y500 Pro smartphone model, and its launch is scheduled to take place next week in the Chinese market. The brand has teased a few of its key specs, and we have spotted the China Telecom listing of this upcoming device.

Vivo Y500 Pro – Launching on 10th November 2025 in China
Vivo’s Y500 Pro is teased to hit the Chinese market as the very first smartphone in its price range to offer a 200MP HP5 flagship-level main camera, and it will be running on the Android 16-based OriginOS 6 custom skin. Flagship-grade satin AG glass, 6.67″ 1.5K flagship-level large-view eye-protection display, 7000 mAh semi-solid-state low-temperature Blue Ocean battery, and an IP68+IP69 full-level water resistance are projected as its other notable specs. In terms of gaming, the device is teased to offer 120fps HD MOBA mobile gaming experience, and it has achieved a million points on the benchmark platform.
Speaking of the launch, the brand has revealed that it will be introduced and made available next week on the 10th of November 2025 in the Chinese market, at 07:00 PM local time. To note, the device will be hitting the market as the ‘National Mini Flagship’.
Vivo Y500 Pro – China Telecom Listing
Coming to its China Telecom listing, the Vivo Y500 Pro device which carries the model number of ‘V2516A’ is revealed to be made available in two storage options (12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB) and four color choices (Light Green, Titanium Black, Soft Pink, Auspicious Cloud Gold). Also, in addition to the 200MP main camera at the rear, a 2MP additional camera will also be present. For selfies, a 32MP front-facing camera is also given on the device.
Other revealed specs include the MediaTek ‘MT6878T’ chip (likely the Dimensity 7300 Ultra), 2G/3G/4G network, dual SIM, Bluetooth, NFC, direction sensor, light sensor, gravity sensor, proximity sensor, and more. Its box contents will include the data cable, user manual, adapter, and the protective case.
Also, on the China Telecom website, the design renders of the smartphone’s Auspicious Cloud Gold color variant have been listed, and its design aspects have been pointed out. The device has an overall boxy design with rounded corners, and its display is flat with thin bezels (three sides), slightly thicker chin, and a centrally-placed punch-hole selfie camera. At the rear, there is a projected circular camera module positioned towards the top-center portion of the rear panel. It houses three camera sensors, while the dual-tone LED flashlight is outside at the top-left portion of the rear. The rear panel also has cloud-like patterns too, and the Vivo-branding is there at the bottom.
Regarding its sides, the left side panel is vacant, whereas there is the volume rockers and power button at the right side panel. The bottom portion has the card tray, microphone holes, speaker holes, and the USB-C port, while there is an added mic given at the top as well.
