In June 2026, the Vivo V70 Lite 5G was unveiled in the UAE market, and now, two months later, its successor has made its appearance on a certification website.
Vivo V80 Lite 5G: Spotted online
The Vivo V80 Lite 5G, carrying model numbers V2644/V2643 (probably for different regions), was spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website. The database officially confirms the moniker and model number of the device, while its appearance online hints that it may arrive soon in the market.
Previously, the Vivo V80 Lite 5G was also spotted on the GSMA database along with the Vivo V80 FE device.
A recent report suggested that Vivo will launch its Vivo V80 series in India in mid-August. But since the Vivo V70 Lite 5G did not make it to the Indian market and was restricted to selected global markets, the same thing could happen with the upcoming Vivo V80 Lite 5G device. Though nothing is confirmed as of yet.
Since the Indian launch of the Vivo V80 series is tipped for mid-August, the brand may soon start teasing its launch details. Currently, Vivo is focusing on the launch of the Vivo S2 smartphone that will make its debut on 6th August in India.
