Realme 16T 5G Clears Singapore’s IMDA Certification Revealing Some Connectivity Options

The upcoming Realme 16T 5G smartphone’s launch has already been officially confirmed by Realme for the Indian market, and the debut is scheduled to take place on May 22nd 2026 at 12 PM IST. Now, ahead of its India launch, the device has made its appearance on the IMDA certification database as well.

On the IMDA certification platform, the upcoming Realme 16T 5G smartphone has been listed carrying the model number “RMX5268”, while the certification also confirms the device moniker as well. Additionally, the certification reveals a few connectivity options of the smartphone that include 5G, WLAN, Bluetooth, and NFC support.

Only these details have been revealed via the IMDA listing at the moment; however, the certification now also confirms that the smartphone will be making its debut in the Singapore market too.

Coming to the specifications that were officially revealed earlier through the dedicated microsites hosted on the Realme India website and Flipkart, the Realme 16T 5G has already been confirmed to feature a massive 8000 mAh battery along with 45W wired fast charging support, reverse wired charging, and bypass charging support as well.

Speaking more, the smartphone is also confirmed to pack an 8.88 mm thin profile alongside a 7-year battery health promise. In terms of colour choices, three options have also been revealed, namely Starlight Red, Starlight Black, and Aurora Green.

Apart from the officially confirmed details, tipster Abhishek Yadav had previously claimed that the Realme 16T 5G will arrive in three memory variants in India, which include 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB options, respectively. The same report had also suggested the availability of the above-mentioned colour variants as well. Adding more to this, the device had previously appeared on the Malaysian SIRIM certification platform too, thus further confirming its launch in the Malaysian market as well.
