POCO is all set to launch its upcoming POCO M8 Power 5G smartphone in the Indian market today, the 4th of August 2026, at 12 PM IST. Just a few hours ahead of its official unveiling, a tipster has now revealed its alleged starting price and a few offer-related details.

POCO M8 Power 5G – Pricing and Offer Details Tipped
As per the latest information shared by tipster Abhishek Yadav on the social media platform X, the POCO M8 Power 5G will reportedly be launched in India at an official starting price of INR 22,999.
Additionally, he also mentioned in the same post that Poco will be offering up to nine months of No Cost EMI on the smartphone. Furthermore, he claimed that Poco is likely to offer some additional discounts for the first 12 hours of its sale, though the exact details of this limited-period surprise have not been revealed.
Speaking about its specifications, the Flipkart microsite has already confirmed several key features of the upcoming smartphone. The POCO M8 Power 5G will feature a 6.9″ AMOLED display supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,800 nits of peak brightness. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset and pack an 8,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support.
The smartphone is also expected to arrive as a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 17 5G launched in the Chinese market, although POCO could introduce certain changes for its Indian version.
Since only a few hours are left before the launch event, its complete pricing, memory variants, sale offers, and availability details will soon be made official.
