We recently spotted the global variant of the Xiaomi 18 Pro series on multiple certification databases, and now, a new listing has pointed to two different model numbers for the global Xiaomi 18 Pro.

Xiaomi 18 Pro – NBTC Certifications
Starting with the model number ‘2609BPN61G’, the Xiaomi 18 Pro has received NBTC approval with the certificate number of ‘B38709-26’. Another model carrying the model number ‘2606BPN61G’ has also been approved under the Xiaomi 18 Pro moniker, with the certificate number of ‘B38689-26’.
Both listings mention support for GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR connectivity, confirming 5G support for the two listed models.

Xiaomi 18 Pro – 2609BPN61G NBTC
As mentioned above, the ‘2609BPN61G’ model number has previously appeared on the SDPPI, IMDA, and TDRA certification databases, whereas the ‘2606BPN61G’ model number has so far only been spotted on the NBTC database.
It remains to be seen why two different model numbers have been listed under the Xiaomi 18 Pro moniker on this NBTC database. With its global launch already confirmed to happen this month, we may soon get more clarity regarding this.
