Oppo’s Next Foldable Tipped To Arrive In Q1 2025 With Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, Ultra Flat Inner Display, And Oppo Pad 3 Around June Or July : Tipster

Oppo’s next iteration of a foldable smartphone is tipped to come with several notable improvements thus giving a cutthroat competition in the foldables market. As per the recent Weibo post by the famous tipster DCS, the upcoming foldable from Oppo can come with an updated zero-crease hinge to reduce weight. The inner side is said to feature an ultra-flat inner display paired with a high-resolution outer display. Digital Chat Station in his post says it to be “extreme light” and will retain the periscope camera. Even though he didn’t specifically say the moniker, it can be the Oppo Find N5. As far as launch is concerned it can be launched in Q1 2025 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset inside it. There is no mention of the moniker of this upcoming tablet, so it is advisable to take this info with a pinch of salt.

He was also asked about the Oppo Pad 3 launch to which he responded that it can be launched between June to July of this year. Recently its detailed specs were tipped revealing that it would come with a 12.1 inch LCD display that offers 3k screen resolution, a 7:5 aspect ratio, 304ppi, and 900 nit brightness. It can come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 process that is said to be paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.  It is said to be backed by a 9510mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.

A while ago news was surfacing on the internet that several brands would be giving up on foldables though Oppo came forth to clarify that they don’t have such a plan at least. And a few days back again a new report came saying that Oppo Find N5 Flip could be cancelled.

In the upcoming days Indian market is also going to see a battle between various new foldables in which Vivo X Fold 3 Pro and Honor’s foldable are top. Recently Madhav Sheth Joint Managing Director at HTech teased Magic series saying “Honor Magic series will exceed Indian consumers’ expectations in reality”. It would be interesting to see the upcoming foldables and the new improvements with which they come in the market.
