OPPO’s Reno 16 5G series was first launched in China and later introduced in global markets, including India. Now, less than a month after its India debut, details concerning its successor have started appearing online. A tipster has shared a few key specifications of the upcoming Reno 17 Pro smartphone, along with the models that are said to arrive in India.

OPPO Reno 17 Series – Key Specifications and India Launch Details Tipped
As per the details shared by tipster Gadgetsdata, the OPPO Reno 17 Pro smartphone is tipped to feature a 6.32″ flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a high refresh rate. The device is said to use MediaTek’s Dimensity 8550 chipset, while a metal frame and an IP69 rating have also been mentioned.
Speaking more, a 200MP main camera, 50MP ultra-wide camera, and 50MP telephoto camera are tipped to be offered at the rear. A 50MP selfie camera is also expected at the front. Additionally, the device is said to pack a battery of around 7,000mAh and support approximately 80W wired charging.
About its India launch, the tipster claims that only the Reno 17 and Reno 17c smartphones will be introduced in the country. These two models are tipped to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 chipsets, respectively.
