ChatGPT – Business Page Feature Reportedly in Development
As per the details shared by tipster Abhishek Yadav, strings found in the ChatGPT desktop app version ‘26.1016.51333’ have pointed to a business page feature that OpenAI appears to be working on. A ‘Claim {name} on ChatGPT’ option has been mentioned, suggesting that business owners may be able to claim their respective pages.

Speaking more, owners could use the claimed account to manage their business profile or switch between accounts. Shopify sign-in and Persona-based identity verification have also been mentioned as possible verification options, while the claim status would be displayed within ChatGPT.
Additionally, businesses may be able to select a category that best describes their operations and connect product feeds. Support for adding product listings has also been indicated, potentially allowing ChatGPT to surface these products to users.
Looking into the other details, support for photos, logos, business profile is managed by another account, and cover images is marked as ‘coming soon’ in the strings.
Since these details are based on app strings shared by the tipster, when exactly this feature will be available to users can’t be said, and it should be taken with a pinch of salt.
Stay tuned for more updates.
