The 5G variant of OPPO’s Pad 5 Matte Display Edition tablet has now been spotted on the WiFi Alliance and SIRIM certification databases. A few key specs concerning this tablet device have also been pointed out via these certification listings.

OPPO Pad 5 Matte Display Edition (OPD2503) – WiFi Alliance and SIRIM Listings

On the WiFi Alliance database, the OPPO Pad 5 Matte Display Edition tablet 5G variant carrying the model number of ‘OPD2503’ has been listed, and it has received the WiFi Alliance certificate with the certification ID of ‘WFA137523’. Specs such as the Android 16 OS, WiFi 6 with 2.4GHz + 5GHz dual band support, and WPA2/WPA3 Personal/Enterprise security have been mentioned for this device.

Coming to its SIRIM listing, it has received the certification with the type approval code of ‘REAO/77G/1125/S(25-6212)’. The device was approved by the SIRIM authority on the 20th of November 2025, and its certification validity is revealed to be till the 19th of November 2030. Also to note, previously the WiFi-only variant of the OPPO Pad 5 Matte Display Edition tablet was also spotted on the SIRIM database. Along with these two tablet models, we can also find the OPPO A6 5G (CPH2831), OPPO A6x 5G (CPH2783), OPPO A6t 5G (CPH2853), and OPPO Watch X3 (OWWE261) listed alongside on the SIRIM database.

Additionally, the OPPO Pad 5 Matte Display Edition 5G and WiFi-only variants have also been certified by the IMDA authority. Thus, the launch of the two tablet models in Malaysia and Singapore have been confirmed.
