It appears that OPPO’s upcoming A7 series is now shaping up for markets outside China. Earlier, we at The Tech Outlook had spotted the OPPO A7 Pro 5G on multiple certification platforms. Now, the smartphone has received India’s BIS certification, while the OPPO A7 Pro Max 5G has appeared on Malaysia’s SIRIM certification platform. Another unknown OPPO smartphone carrying the model number ‘CPH2913’ has also received the BIS certification.

OPPO A7 Pro 5G and A7 Pro Max 5G – BIS and SIRIM Certifications
Starting with the Indian BIS certification platform, two OPPO smartphones carrying the model numbers ‘CPH2913’ and ‘CPH2931’ have been listed under the product category of ‘Mobile Phone’.
The OPPO ‘CPH2931’ model was included in the BIS database on the 29th of July 2026 with the serial number ‘43’, while the ‘CPH2913’ model was included on the 31st of July 2026 with the serial number ‘9’.
Both smartphones have been certified under the BIS registration number ‘R-93005800’, and their manufacturer is mentioned to be OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited. The manufacturing facility is located at Plot No. 1, Sector Ecotech-VII, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201306.
Speaking more, the two devices have been certified in accordance with the IS 13252 (Part 1):2010/IEC 60950-1:2005 and IS 16333 (Part 3):2022 standards.
While the BIS certification does not reveal their marketing names, we at The Tech Outlook had previously spotted the ‘CPH2931’ model on Malaysia’s SIRIM certification platform, which confirmed that it belongs to the OPPO A7 Pro 5G smartphone. The device had also appeared on the NBTC and SGS certification platforms.
Furthermore, the NBD import/export database had revealed that the OPPO A7 Pro 5G could be made available in 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB memory configurations. The same database also listed the ‘CPH2913’ and ‘CPH2909’ model numbers.
The ‘CPH2913’ model was pointed out to feature a 6.57-inch display, along with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. However, its marketing name is still not known.
Coming to the Malaysian SIRIM certification platform, the OPPO ‘CPH2909’ model has now been listed with the marketing name ‘OPPO A7 Pro Max 5G’, thereby confirming the identity of this model number. The NBD database had previously listed the same device in an 8GB/256GB memory configuration.
It is not sure when OPPO will be launching the A7 Pro 5G and A7 Pro Max 5G smartphones in India, Malaysia or other global markets. However, their latest BIS and SIRIM certifications suggest that their global launch could be taking place soon. With future updates, we’ll also be able to identify the OPPO ‘CPH2913’ model and learn more about the specifications and availability details of these devices.
