OPPO A7 Pro Max 5G – Specifications and Features
The OPPO A7 Pro Max 5G features a flat 6.78″ flexible AMOLED display with a resolution of 2772 × 1272 pixels, 10-bit colour depth, 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, intelligent switching between 60Hz/90Hz/120Hz refresh rates and up to 1,800 nits of peak brightness.
It also supports a maximum touch-sampling rate of 330Hz in selected gaming scenarios.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s fifth-generation Snapdragon 4 mobile platform, accompanied by the Adreno G629 GPU, LPDDR4X RAM, and UFS 3.1 internal storage ( storage expansion via microSD card not supported).
Speaking about its cameras, the OPPO A7 Pro Max 5G sports a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, autofocus, and two-axis OIS. A 2MP monochrome camera with an f/2.4 aperture is also present.

Coming to the front, the device features a 50MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture, autofocus, and an approximately 100-degree ultra-wide field of view.
One of the major highlights of the smartphone is its 10,000mAh single-cell silicon-carbon battery, which supports up to 80W SuperVOOC and 80W UFCS wired fast charging, along with 27W wired reverse charging.
According to OPPO China, the battery can retain at least 80% of its original capacity after 1,500 complete charging cycles. Based on one full cycle every two days, the company claims that it has been designed to offer up to seven years of battery durability.
In terms of its design, the blue and orange variants feature a 3D embossed rear texture created using a micro-nano laser-engraving process. The smartphone also comes with an all-metal camera module and a multifunction ambient light that can display missed-call, notification, music, charging, and gaming alerts.
The device measures 162.98 × 77.97 × 8.57mm. Its blue variant weighs approximately 226 grams, whereas the orange and black variants weigh around 224 grams.
For durability, the OPPO A7 Pro Max 5G carries IP69K, IP69, IP68, and IP66 ingress-protection ratings. The smartphone further uses an anti-drop diamond architecture with a reinforced aluminium-alloy structure, cushioning around key internal components, and strengthened display glass.
OPPO also claims that the smartphone has passed seven military-standard environmental tests involving high temperature, low-temperature storage, heavy rain, icing rain, salt fog, sand and dust, and repeated drops.
On the software side, the device runs ColorOS 16 and offers features such as Rainwater Touch, Outdoor Mode 2.0, OPPO Shanhai communication, and Shanhai-assisted positioning.
It further supports full-function NFC, an infrared remote control, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth, dual-SIM 5G connectivity, and USB Type-C connectivity. Type-C digital earphones are supported, but the device does not support Type-C analogue earphones.
Other notable software features include Care Mode, cross-brand family protection, and all-scenario AI anti-fraud protection. The latter can detect suspicious calls, AI-generated voices, deepfakes during video calls, and cross-application financial fraud attempts.
