Galaxy A56 5G and Galaxy A36 5G spotted on GCF certification website

The rumor mill has been buzzing lately with the updates of Galaxy A36 5G and Galaxy A56 5G smartphones as the devices have been spotted on numerous certifications and various details related to their design and features have also leaked online. The support page for Galaxy A36 5G and Galaxy A56 5G smartphones has also been made live in France.

Previously it was tipped that both these devices would launch in mid- half of March 2025. Ahead of this expected launch timeline, Galaxy A36 5G(SM-A366B/DS, SM-A366B) and Galaxy A56 5G(SM-A566B/DS, SM-A566B) have now been spotted onthe  GCF database.

The database reveals that both smartphones will support 2G/3G/4G/5G networks and arrive with NFC support.

Till now Galaxy A56 5G has made its appearance on FCC, SIRIM, TUV Rheinland, MIIT, TENAA, 3C, EMVCo, BIS, and Geekbench. Samsung’s Galaxy A56 5G is believed to arrive equipped with the brand’s own Exynos 1580 chip with a primary clock speed of 2.91 GHz. It is also likely going to be integrated with the Xclipse 540 GPU, is probably going to run on Android 15-based One UI 7, and may come with an 8GB RAM option. A triple rear camera system is suggested to be featured via the render images shared, and it is said to sport a 12MP front-facing camera. A 4905 mAh rated battery could be equipped with 45W charging support.

Coming to Galaxy A36 5G, the device might come with features such as a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3/Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip (with 2.4 GHz primary clock speed), 6GB RAM, a 50MP triple rear camera system, and a 12MP selfie camera. It has been spotted on TUV Rheinland and Geekbench.
