The South Korean tech giant Samsung recently launched its latest foldable devices in global and Indian markets. The models included: Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8. The brand will start shipping these models starting 4th August.
Reportedly, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra units available at retail stores and those sent to media houses for testing are running pre-production software. Some units could also be shipped with the same software to customers in the early stages.
It is said that some issued has been found in the thermal management in pre-production software. But Samsung is already set with a solution.
Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra: Thermal Management issue tipped to get resolved
Tipster @tarunvats has exclusively shared that the August update for the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra device is expected to include improvements to thermal management and overall performance.
It is unclear whether the company will ship the device pre-installed with the upcoming update or release it as an over-the-air update after the shipping begins.
