ASUS Zenfone 12 Ultra renders and key details revealed online ahead of its global launch

ASUS will officially unveil its latest Zenfone 12 Ultra smartphone in the global markets on 6th February, The brand has recently teased the first look of the device and has also shared a teaser video that pointed out a few design details of the upcoming smartphone.
Now ahead of its scheduled global launch, WinFuture has shared a few renders of the ASUS Zenfone 12 Ultra smartphone and has also revealed the key details of the device.

The smartphone is said to be the civilian version of the ROG Phone 9 Pro model that made its debut in November 2024. The device is revealed to arrive in Black, Pink, and green color options. On the rear side, it features a rectangular camera module that sports three camera sensors and an LED flash.
On the front, it features a punch hole cutout for a selfie camera while volume and power buttons are on the right side. At the bottom, it features a 3.5mm jack, a USB Type-C port, a speaker grille, and a SIM card tray. The device arrives with a thick camera bump.
Now coming to the specs, it is revealed that the device will sport a 6.78-inch flexible OLED display supplied by Samsung that offers 2400×1080 pixel screen resolution based on LTPO, a maximum refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and can even work at up to 144Hz when playing games. It will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC paired with either 8 or 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 internal storage.
It is said to pack a 50MP Sony Lytia 700 sensor with OIS support and gimbal stabilization, a 13MP ultra-wide sensor with free-form optics, a 32MP camera with zoom optics, a built-in image stabilizer, and three-fold optical magnification. While on the front it is said to feature a 32MP selfie camera like ROG Phone 9 Pro.
The battery capacity differs from ROG Phone 9 Pro, Zenfone 12 Ultra is said to pack up to 5500 mAh battery and can support either up to 65W wired charging or 15W Qi wireless charging. The device is said to run on Android 15 OS with new AI features and arrives within the IP68 rating.
