In other news, Xiaomi and Huawei are reportedly exploring a new memory technology called LLW, which is said to break through the bandwidth and latency limitations of traditional LPDDR memory through a tighter integration architecture. It is also said that LLW can theoretically reduce power consumption by 50% and offer a performance improvement of about 1.5 times, although the actual effect still needs to be verified.
Speaking more, the mass adoption of LLW technology is still some time away, but Xiaomi and Huawei, with their LLW-related products, are expected to see substantial progress in the second half of 2027.
