Samsung Galaxy S22 receives a price cut of INR 15,000 after the launch of the S23 series in India

The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event was held in San Francisco, U.S.A. on 1st February, 2023.

During this event, Galaxy S23 series and Galaxy Book 3 series were launched. The phenomenal event led to the introduction of the S23 series in the Indian smartphone market.

Post the launch of the S23 series, the Samsung Galaxy S22 received a price cut of up to INR 15,000 in the Indian smartphone market.

Launch Price of Samsung Galaxy S22

The launch price of the Samsung Galaxy S22 was INR 72,999 (8 GB RAM, 128 GB ROM) in India. This is the most basic model in the S22 series. Another version of the same phone with a greater storage capacity was launched at a price of INR 76,999 (8 GB RAM, 256 GB ROM) in India.

Current Price of Samsung Galaxy S22 

Currently, the price of the Samsung Galaxy S22 is INR 57,999 (8 GB RAM, 128 GB ROM). Whereas the price of the Samsung Galaxy S22 with 8 GB RAM, 256 GB ROM is INR 61,999 in India today. The revised price is 20% lower than the launch price of the phone. The price cut observed is up to INR 15,000.

You can buy the Galaxy S22 on e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart India and Amazon India as per the revised prices.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 series was launched in the year 2022. Almost a year later, the Galaxy S23 series has been released in India.
