What’s shocking is after the survey results came out, HR of the company sent a mail to the employees stating, “To ensure that no one remains stressed at work, we have made the difficult decision to part ways with employees who indicated significant stress.”

This action by the company has sparked huge controversy on platforms like Linkedin, X, Reddit, and more as many users questioned the ethics of the company, while some mentioned that the stress survey for just done to lay off employees.
