Recently, news circulated on the X platform that claimed that OnePlus has issued an advisory to service centers that no service will be available on any Flipkart bill. Even the screenshot of the said internal communication via the OnePlus team to the service team was also circulated online.
Many OnePlus users were quick to believe this news and expressed their disappointment towards the same, while a few questioned the authenticity of this and were waiting for an official confirmation related to these claims. Well, OnePlus India has finally stepped in to put an end to this news.

The brand has clarified that the information related to the suspension of after-sales service on Flipkart invoices is false and not from an official OnePlus source. The company has urged the users to disregard this misinformation.
