Facebook’s classic web design will disappear in September

Come September, Facebook users won’t be able to enjoy the app’s “classic” experience as the old web design will disappear next month.

The interface with the iconic blue navigation bar at the top will no longer be available though users can temporarily switch back to the old interface on Facebook’s site.

According to The Verge, Engadget reported that a Facebook support page has been updated and everybody will soon have the new design.

It should be mentioned here that the new design was announced in 2019 at the social media giant’s developer conference. In March 2020, it got a widespread release on desktop.
