Taiwanese President website under major cyber attack possibly by the Chinese : Report

According to someone who knows the situation, Taiwan’s presidential office website was subjected to an offshore cyber attack on Tuesday and briefly went down.

The insider informed Reuters that the website was quickly restored to service. As tensions increased across the tense Taiwan Strait, U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi anticipated arriving in Taipei later on Tuesday, according to persons briefed on the situation.

After visiting the website of the Taiwanese president the only message that comes is ok. It seems the website is still under attack from outside threats.
