Just two days back, we shared with you that Samsung has started the One UI 9 internal testing for its Galaxy A34 5G smartphone in various regions. And it appears that the One UI 9 development is expanding rapidly across the Galaxy A lineup.
This is because a One UI 9 test build has now been spotted for the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 smartphones in the Korean region.
Galaxy A55 & Galaxy A35: One UI 9 Internal testing started in Korea
As per the images shared by the tipster, for the Galaxy A55, the build spotted on the test servers was A556SKU9EZG8/A556SSKC9EZG8/A556SKSU9EZG8, while for the Galaxy A35, the build spotted was A356NKU9EZG2/A356N0KR9EZG2/A356NK0U9EZG2.
If you recall, the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 devices launched with Android 14, and the company had promised 4 major Android OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates. The Android 17-based One UI 9 will be the second-to-last upgrade for both smartphones.
Meanwhile, the One UI 9 beta programme is currently live for the Galaxy S26 series in selected regions (India, Germany, Korea, Poland, the US, the UK). Samsung is said to unveil the official version of One UI 9 with its next-generation foldables that will be unveiled on 22nd July at the Galaxy Unpacked event.
