Tianma unveils a new 6.32-inch AMOLED display with ultra-high 240Hz refresh rate

Tianma, a leading global manufacturer of flat panel displays, has showcased its latest consumer display innovations at SID Display Week 2026. Among the latest innovations is a 6.32-inch display that offers an ultra-high 240Hz refresh rate.

The 6.32-inch full-screen AMOLED display comes with a 0.35mm ultra-narrow bezel and integrates a 240Hz refresh rate with a dual-track pixel driving architecture to overcome the traditional trade-off between speed and precision.

By separating data writing and TFT threshold compensation, the design enables stable and accurate pixel driving at high refresh rates. Extended compensation time (0.6µs to 6µs) preserves low-grey detail, reduces motion artefacts, and improves image stability. It is revealed to offer a screen-to-body ratio of up to 98.5%.

The development of this panel indicates that mobile OLED development is moving beyond a trade-off between performance and design toward simultaneous advancement of both.

The company has not announced which smartphone brands will be using this panel on their devices, but it is expected that Oppo and OnePlus may be the first to use this ultra-high refresh rate panel.
